| Title: | ACCESSING INFORMATION FROM UNSTRUCTURED BIOLOGISTS’ DATABASES: CONCEPTUAL PROPOSAL |

| Abstract: | Most biologists keep data in separate databases. These databases are often not well-structured. The main quest from
biologists is to visualize the relation among biological data. This information is used to interpret and generate new
knowledge. There are times when data from one source is to be combined with data from other sources to provide
other useful information. This is achieved using integration methods. However, we highlight the problems of
unstructured databases and propose its structuring as an alternative method. |
