| Abstract: | Electronic government (e-government) services are becoming an important part of
government service delivery. One of these services is myEPF, an online service delivery
channel for Employees Provident Fund (EPF). The main objective of this research is to
identify the factors that influence the intention to use myEPF system. Technology
Acceptance Model (TAM) is used as the basis of the theoretical framework. Data was
collected through a survey conducted among Malaysians in Klang Valley. The results
indicate that attitude, perceived ease of use and compatibility are significant in
influencing the intention to use myEPF. The limitations of the study and some
suggestions for future research are also explained at the end of this report. |
