|Abstract: ||This report presents an essential method to create a Bounding Volume Representation tool for 3D objects that can be used in collision detection simulation. This tool targets the users who are doing research in collision detection. Through the use of this bounding volume representation tool, the user can get a simplified 3D object instead of a complex 3D object. This tool makes the collision detection simulation more effective and efficient.
This report will start with the introduction to the background of collision detection, problem statement, project objective and the motivation to the object. The project scope and limitation state the range this project will be covered. The literature review will declare the critical analysis and summary for the previous related work. The analysis results will be applied in the implementation of the project.
Beside that this report will also include the description of the methodology and system design, system implementation, system testing and evaluation of this project. System implementation will demonstrate how the coding is done to fulfill the system requirement and the system evaluation interpret the system limitation and strength. The report will finalized by a conclusion to the overall project.|
