dc.description.abstract The research purpose is to design and evaluate the Bahasa Grammar learning Portal for from two students. Developmental approach is used as a research method which consists of four phases that is need analysis, designing the Bahasa melayu grammar learning content, designing the Bahasa Melayu grammar learning Portal for from two students, implementation on the usage and evaluation on the content of the Bahasa Melayu grammar learning Portal for from two students. result of the need analysis on from two students shows that the topic on grammar needed by the students are technique in answering questions and proverbs. Result of the research enables the designing of the Bahasa Melayu grammar learning Portal for from two students. Fromative evaluation is conducted along the process of designing the learning Portal are done by two Bahasa Melayu expertise, two instructional technology experts, four Bahasa Melayu teachers and ten from two students. The improvement and revision done includes level in the grammar exercises, link at the end of the exercises, graphic and sound effect in presentations, revision on the font size and color. In evaluation phase, the research uses Stake's Countenance evaluation Model for formative evaluation. Result of interview done befour and after the implementation on the usage of the Portal shows that the intents of the from two students are achieved. For example, students learning ways in using words, proverbs, forming sentences and answering grammar exercises. The evaluation is also used for formative purpose, is to revise the learning portal. Summative evaluation done by 120 Form two students from two secondary school also shows athat majority of the Form two students agree that the interactive exercises and activities helps them in learning grammar soncept and skills in using grammar more effectively and encrease their interest in learning grammar. Therefore, it may be concluded that the learning Bahasa Melayu grammar Porlat helps students to acquire learning grammar more effectively. Finally, based on the result of evaluation, it is suggested that teachers and students use the materials in the learning portal as a supplement learing material beside enrich the knowledge about Bahasa Melayu grammar. en
